How to create planets in photoshop easily


In this Photoshop Tutorials we will learn how to create a realistic planets in Photoshop easily. We will complete this tutorials only few minute. OK lets start to learn how to create a planets in Photoshop easily. Oh! one think if you are new to Photoshop or beginner level in Photoshop? Then don't worry... I am trying to present this Photoshop tutorials very easily so that you will get it quickly.






Step - 1
Take a new page or new document 600x600 with Black background.
To take a new page press Ctrl+N from Keyboard or go to File > New and set your desire width, height and other setting then click OK.
Choose the Elliptical Marquee Tool from Toolbox, and while holding down shift key (from keyboard so that the circle will perfect), click and draw to make a selection. Make it fairly big.
Create a new layer.

To create a new layer just click create new layer icon from layer pallet.


Step - 2
Press "D" to reset your colors to default. Or click the Default Foreground and Background Color icon from toolbox to set the color default.
Then go to Filter > Render > Clouds for make some clouds like below.


Step - 3
Press CTRL+L (from keyboard) to open the Levels window or go to Image > Adjustments > Levels then open a window. Pull the middle slider over towards the right by about half way like below.

So your image has more dark patches.


Step - 4
Now open Image > Adjustments > Color Balance (or CTRL+B) to open Color Balance window. Now we have to set the color levels for each of the Tone Balance (Shadows, Midtones, Highlights). Set the same Color Levels to:
After set all the Tone Balance click OK & you will see the result below.

Step - 5
Now we add some filter to make it more realistic.
Go to Filter > Distort > Spherize.
Amount: 100%
Then do it again, this time:
Amount: 70%
Press “Ctrl+D” to deselect.


Step - 6
Now make a copy of this layer or duplicate this layer. To do this, first select the layer then go to layer menu and click duplicate layer or drag the layer into the Create a new layer icon at the bottom of the layers palette.
Now apply the plastic wrap filter to this duplicate layer for looks it just like a planets.
For do this just go to Filter > Artistic > Plastic Wrap. a window will come just click OK and see the result below.

Step - 7
We have to change our duplicate layer’s blending mode for giving the planets final looks. Now set the duplicate layer's blending mode to "Hard Light". For do this click on the “Set the blending mode for the layer” icon just left side the opacity options in the layer palette.
After complete this task you will see the realistic planet just like below.

Step - 8
Now we make some stars behind the planets. To make some stars behind the background, first select the background layer and fill it with black. Then go to Filter > Noise > Add Noise a window will come set all the settings like below.
Amount: 30%
Distribution: Gaussian
Monochromatic: Checked

Step - 9
Here is we seeing lots of stars and it looks not real or nice. So we have to remove some stars from here to make it realistic. To do this task follows the steps below.
Now select the paint bucket tool form the tools box then set the foreground color is black. (Press D for set default color like black and white). Now click on the Noise layer to paint it with black. You should click into the stars. Just doing it more time unless gets your desire amount of stars.
